Tree Memorials
Through the generosity of our corporate donor Mary Kay, the Arbor Day Foundation will plant a tree in a baby’s memory in one of their designated locations across the United States.
As the planting of the trees have generously been donated at no cost to the donor and to honor as many babies as possible, we can only honor one request per donor. If you would like to honor multiple babies for the same family, please indicate all names so we can include in the acknowledgement card.
Please complete the form so we can send notice to the family letting them know about their tree.
There is no fee associated with your request, however donations are always appreciated.
